Commission Fees for Retention
Our model stands apart from other talent agencies because our commission fees are based solely on retention. That’s right, we’re happy to send capable candidates your way for free. Our flat rate commission of 5% is charged after the completion of first semester and again at the completion of second semester. Because we’re not interested in short-term hires, we only get paid if our hired candidate completes a semester.
